Return Policy

30 day return or exchange policy. Items returned must be free from damage, tags intact and receipt provided via email. All returned items must be in original packaging. Refund and exchange given upon return of damage free items. Contact info@luxlynoir to get shipping location and return shipping label free of charge. Clearance items final sale.

Shipping Policy 

Free local Drop off available for Newark, Fremont, Union City, Hayward CA to receive item/items in 3-5 days.  Free shipping available for any orders $75 or over, with the standard 5-7 business day option. Orders under $75 will have a standard option of 5-7 business days to receive item/items for a flat rate of $5.99. Expedited shipping is available on all orders for a flat fee of $12.99 to receive item/items in 1-3 business days
